Privacy at The Wave.

When you send a guest inquiry, The Wave Goa uses the information you provide only to respond, plan your requested stay or dining experience, and maintain a record of that conversation.

Information we collect

This may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, guest count, interests, message, consent, and the page from which you contacted us. To limit automated abuse, our hosting provider Cloudflare uses your connection IP address for rate-limit decisions. The website does not store the address in its own database or include it in the inquiry email.

How it is handled

Your inquiry is sent directly to the reservations mailbox. The website does not create a separate database record. Access to received email is limited to authorised resort personnel. We do not ask for payment card details through this form.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare as our website hosting provider and GoDaddy email services solely to operate this website and deliver your inquiry to our reservations team. Mailbox retention follows The Wave Goa's email account settings and business requirements.

You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry by emailing bookings@thewavegoa.com.
